Welcome to Ascot International School Bangkok. Founded in 1995, this is one of the leading International Baccalaureate (IB) British curriculum schools here in Thailand.

From our earliest learners to our seniors, we want our students to be the best that they can be.

International
Baccalaureate®

Ascot International School is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, proudly authorised to deliver all four IB programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme (DP), and the Career-related Programme (CP). This makes Ascot one of the very few international schools in Bangkok to be a full IB Continuum School, offering a seamless IB education from early years through to graduation.

Early Years

Our Early Years program, designed for children aged 18 months to 4 years, follows the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). With a nurturing environment, hands-on experiences, and an inquiry-based approach, we lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Watch your child blossom as they explore, discover, and develop their unique talents and skills.

Primary Years

In Primary Years (Years 1 to 6), we build upon the foundations laid in Early Years. Following the IB PYP, we offer a transdisciplinary approach to teaching, where subjects are interconnected and real-world connections are emphasised. Students develop critical thinking skills, engage in collaborative projects, and become active, lifelong learners.

Secondary

In Secondary school, students in Years 7 to 9 embark on the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP). Here, students take ownership of their learning, exploring subjects deeply and making connections across disciplines. Years 10 and 11 introduce more challenging IGCSE courses, preparing students for their future academic pursuits.

IB Diploma

In Year 12 and 13, students undertake the prestigious IB Diploma Programme. This internationally recognised program offers a comprehensive and rigorous curriculum, fostering academic excellence, critical thinking, and global perspectives, preparing students to become confident, well-rounded individuals ready to thrive in university and beyond.
