Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

The school is led by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), which provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and whole-school leadership.

The SLT consists of:

  • Head of School
  • Head of Primary
  • Head of Secondary

The Senior Leadership Team works collaboratively to:

  • Lead the strategic direction of the school
  • Ensure high standards of teaching and learning
  • Support student wellbeing and safeguarding
  • Oversee staffing, finance, and operations
  • Develop school culture and community engagement
  • Ensure compliance with IB, CIS, and Ministry of Education requirements
  • Support continuous school improvement

The SLT also works closely with the Board of Governors and wider leadership teams to ensure that school priorities remain aligned with the mission, vision, and strategic development plan.
