At Ascot International School, the ROTC programme (รด. – Reserve Officers’ Training Corps) is managed and supported directly by the school. We understand that ROTC is an important national responsibility for Thai students, and we ensure that the process is clear, well-organised, and fully supported from preparation to completion.
Our goal is to help students fulfil ROTC requirements confidently while maintaining balance in their academic life and wellbeing.

Use this section to describe your company and the services you offer. You could share your company’s story and details about why you are in business. The goal is to create a connection with the visitor and give them confidence to work with you.
The ROTC programme at Ascot is open to both male and female students. We support all eligible Thai students equally and encourage participation in a respectful, supportive environment.
Preparation for ROTC begins one year in advance. This allows students to build fitness gradually and safely.
Our PE teachers support students with structured physical training, including:
Running
Sit-ups
Push-ups
Focused training is provided for approximately three months before key assessment periods. This helps students improve strength, endurance, and confidence while reducing stress and injury risk.
ROTC learning takes place on Saturdays, allowing students to continue their academic studies during the school week without disruption.
This structure helps students manage their time effectively while maintaining a healthy balance between school, training, and personal life.
As part of the ROTC programme, students attend training at Khao Chon Kai during school holiday periods.
Ascot provides full support during this experience:
Teachers accompany students
Staff attend meetings and training sessions
The school coordinates communication and supervision
This ensures students are safe, supported, and well-prepared throughout the camp.
Ascot assists students and families with all required ROTC documentation. We guide families through forms, submissions, and official processes to reduce confusion and stress.
Our team ensures documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
In the third year of the ROTC programme, Ascot continues to closely monitor student progress and requirements. The school follows up on key matters and supports students until the programme is successfully completed.
This ongoing care reflects our commitment to long-term student wellbeing and responsibility.
ROTC support is part of Ascot’s wider student support system. We believe education is not only about academic success, but also about responsibility, discipline, resilience, and personal growth.
By providing structured ROTC support, Ascot helps Thai students meet national obligations while continuing to thrive in an international learning environment.
