Ascot is an authorized IB World School offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Diploma Programme (DP), and Career-related Programme (CP). The school is expecting authorization for the Middle Years Programme (MYP) in 2024, which will complete its journey to become an IB Continuum School.

Qualified Teachers
Classroom teachers at Ascot are all native English speakers, defined as those who have obtained university qualifications taught in English and possess outstanding English fluency appropriate for teaching. All educators at Ascot undergo a rigorous application procedure, which includes providing police checks, references from previous schools, and participating in multiple interviews with the school’s senior leadership team. Ascot seeks to employ a diverse array of highly qualified, exceptional educators with outstanding qualifications and IB experience.
Every teacher takes part in an annual cycle of appraisal, involving target setting, reflection, and peer observation in the classroom. Ascot is fully committed to keeping its teaching staff up to date with developments in learning and teaching methodologies, ensuring a positive impact on every student’s educational experience.
