SCHOOL CALENDAR

KTC Bank presentation for Chinese parents on how to obtain a Thai bank account and its benefits.

Requesting 25 chairs in total in the Secondary Library.

Will need approx 50 chairs setup and 4 chairs setup at the front.

We will have a fashion show in the auditorium as part of the secondary assembly. We will need the sound, projector to work and the chairs as per secondary assembly per week.

I will need the stage to be set up too for the students. I will come and discuss the plan for the stage closer to the time,

The parents will bring traditional foods to share with the student to try during lunch time from 12:30 - 13:30.

I will need table and chairs set up for them to present the food to the students.

The paretns will sign up with a form with Chatzy and I will communicate closer to the time how many tables are required.

The school will celebrate Holi with the Secondary students.

For this I would like to have one quater of the field taped of - I will show you where, aswell as the entrance to the auditorium from the NS building and the stairs going up.

Student should be able to move from the field to the bathrooms and then leave the school.

In addition to this I would like to have 2 SongKran swimming pools prepared with water outside of the taped out area.
