Note: The Sports Hall should be closed most likely for a significant portion of the day to set up for graduation.

Please see what is needed for the Y6 Graduation:

- a laptop
- projector
- speakers working
- air con
- two wooden stands for the microphones
- two microphones
- 46 chairs for students set up near the door closest to the front office
- 80-90 chairs set up for parents in front of the stage
- the red boards on both sides of the stage along with student message to the world pictures (Y6JH on one side; Y6GW on the other board)
- decorations such as "Congratulations Year 6 Graduates" or similar (if possible)
- Stations to take pictures for the graduates and families (if possible)
- benches set up near the PE office door for students to sit on after they leave the stage
- A red or white light blanket to put over the yellow benches ( I think we had some last year)
- If possible, could K Tape please be on standby at the graduation in case we have technical issues

KMITL Business Workshop
I would like to inform you that KMITL Business School has confirmed their participation and will be visiting Ascot on Thursday, 18 June 2026, from 8:30–9:30 a.m. to deliver a university workshop for our students.

The teacher that will do the presentation is either:
Mr.Xavier - BBA Inter (Global Entrepreneurship)
Dr. Bewa - BBA Inter

The session will focus on business education pathways and future opportunities at KMITL Business School, including:

• What it is like to study in the Business pathway and progress to KMITL Business School
• Student life at KMITL Business School
• Learning experience and curriculum
• Future pathways and career opportunities

They just need the screen and hdmi cable and so on to give the presentation
