Ascot Football Academy (AFA) is proud to celebrate a very special achievement. Our U13 and U14 football teams will represent Thailand at the Green Pitch Young Talents Cup 2026 in Mianyang, Sichuan, China.
This exciting opportunity came after both teams became Champions of the Thailand–China Elite 100 Tournament in Lopburi last month. Their success is a proud moment for Ascot International School and an important milestone in the history of AFA.
For the past three weeks, our U13 and U14 players have taken part in the AFA Summer Football Training Programme. They have trained with focus, discipline, and determination to prepare for international competition.
Every training session has helped them improve their football skills, teamwork, and confidence. These qualities are just as important as winning matches. At Ascot, we believe that sport helps students grow into responsible, resilient, and caring young people.
Competing in China is more than playing football. It is a chance for our students to meet young athletes from different countries, learn about new cultures, and build friendships through sport.
This international experience supports Ascot’s commitment to developing globally minded students who are confident, respectful, and ready to succeed both in and beyond the classroom.
As they wear the Thailand badge, our players will also represent the values of Ascot: excellence, integrity, respect, and perseverance.
