Year 6 Graduation 2026: Celebrating Growth, Achievement, and New Beginnings Graduation is more than the end of Primary School. It

At Ascot International School, learning is about much more than academic success. We believe students learn valuable life skills through experiences that encourage collaboration, creativity, leadership, and respect for others. Events like House Colour Day help students develop these qualities while creating lasting memories with their classmates.
Our Primary students recently came together for an exciting House Colour Day filled with energy, enthusiasm, and friendly competition. Representing their House teams with pride, students enjoyed a day of challenges that encouraged them to work together, solve problems, and support one another.
The event reflected many of the values that are central to an IB education, helping students grow as confident, caring, and responsible learners while strengthening the sense of community across the school.

House Colour Day gave students many opportunities to develop important skills beyond the classroom. Throughout the day, every activity encouraged communication, cooperation, and mutual respect.
Students worked together in a variety of exciting activities, including:
Each challenge required students to listen carefully, share ideas, and support one another. Rather than focusing only on winning, students learned that success comes from working together and helping every team member contribute.
These experiences build confidence while strengthening friendships across different year groups.
At Ascot, we believe the IB Learner Profile is best developed through meaningful experiences.
House Colour Day encouraged students to demonstrate many important learner attributes throughout the event.
Students became Communicators by sharing ideas and encouraging their teammates.
They showed they were Risk-takers by participating confidently in new challenges and performances.
They demonstrated the qualities of being Caring by supporting classmates and celebrating everyone’s achievements.
Students also became more Balanced, enjoying physical activity, creative thinking, and teamwork throughout the day.
These learner attributes help students become responsible individuals who are prepared for future learning and life beyond school.
Throughout the day, colourful House shirts, enthusiastic chants, and endless encouragement filled the campus with excitement.
Students proudly represented their Houses while demonstrating excellent sportsmanship and respect for their competitors. Every challenge became an opportunity to celebrate teamwork, perseverance, and determination.
Congratulations to all students for their outstanding participation and positive attitude.
Special congratulations to Phaya Kochasarn (Elephant House) for becoming the House Colour Day Champions with an impressive 22 points.
Every House demonstrated incredible effort, creativity, and teamwork, making the competition enjoyable for everyone involved.
House Colour Day is more than a school event. It reflects Ascot International School’s commitment to developing well-rounded learners through meaningful experiences that extend beyond the classroom.
As students work together, encourage one another, and celebrate shared achievements, they build friendships, confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging within the school community.
These moments help create a positive learning environment where every student feels valued and inspired to do their best.
A big thank you to all of our students, teachers, and staff for making House Colour Day such a memorable celebration of teamwork, creativity, school spirit, and the values that make our Ascot community so special.
